Customer demand is growing, and I need craftsmen who can take a job from layout to final trim without being babysat. Show me you know the work and the pay follows.

Remodeling

Kitchens and bathrooms, basements, room conversions — demo through final punch list.

Framing

Walls, headers, sub-floor and structural repair, deck framing, stairs and rot rebuilds.

Finish Work

Trim, casing, baseboard, crown, doors, built-ins — tight miters and clean caulk lines.

What you need

Must Be Able To Prove It

Every applicant takes the skills check below. Pass it and you'll get a hands-on working interview on a real job.

Read a tape measure fast and accurately, down to 1/16"
Do field math — add and subtract fractions, find centers, figure cut lists
Lay out and square walls, decks and stairs (16" O.C., 3-4-5, rise and run)
Real carpentry experience in remodeling, framing or finish work
Your own basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
Show up on time, work clean and treat every customer's home with respect
